Devotion to God
God showed His devotion to us in Christ, and we are inspired to devote ourselves to Him. We do this by placing His Word at the center of our lives, worshiping Him corporately and individually, and seeking Him in prayer.
Relational Discipleship
True and lasting change results from being in consistent, authentic relationships with one another. Like Jesus and the early Church, we create opportunities for connection and discipleship one to one and in small groups, where we grow through processing the Word, praying for one another, and doing life together.
Reaching the Unreached
Jesus compels believers to fulfill His calling to make disciples of all nations. Therefore, we look for opportunities to reach the unreached through loving friendships, acts of compassion, and God’s supernatural intervention in every sphere of society.
Training Leaders
We see the potential to lead in every person. We actively seek out and train people to lead in their homes, campuses, communities, workplaces, and in the ministry. We are compelled by this because the world needs godly leaders.
Reaching the Next Generation
Reaching the next generation ensures that the Church and its mission endure. Therefore, we invest in reaching students on the campuses, teaching them God’s Word, and equipping them with the skills to lead and make a difference in the world. Reaching the next generation opens doors to impact entire families as well.
Planting Churches
The best way to reach communities and the world is to plant churches. Just as believers are to reproduce new believers, churches are to produce new churches. Therefore, we are committed to planting new churches locally, nationally, and globally. Our mission is not just to add but to multiply. To reach the world, our sending capacity, not just our seating capacity, will make the difference. Therefore, we actively send people out on God’s mission in short and long-term works to start and support the planting of churches.
